Description
The Home Depot is seeking an Associate to coordinate human resource functions within their Logistics facilities. This role involves ensuring consistent execution of HR initiatives, acting as a business partner for the THD Logistics group, translating strategic HR goals, and developing a progressive role for the Logistic's HR function. The Associate will communicate the Union-Free philosophy, assure excellent associate relations, understand and protect employment laws, and determine needs for knowledge management and training programs.
