The Human Resource Associate Partner supports Amazon management with attendance and time-off administration, punch reconciliation, counseling documentation, corrective-action entry, staffing-agency coordination, and operational reporting. The role requires at least six months of human-resources experience, six months of Microsoft Office experience, experience in confidential environments, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent; one year of human-resources and Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
