Description
The HR Associate manages end-to-end timekeeping and attendance, including monitoring attendance records, leave credits, payroll-related documentation, attendance reports, payroll clearance, and final-pay processing for separated employees. The role also supports employee inquiries, payroll and BIR 2316 reporting, audits, employee documentation, and people-and-culture programs. It requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, HRIS and timekeeping software knowledge, Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, confidentiality, and numerical skills; at least two years of timekeeping experience is preferred. The position works from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and includes HMO and life insurance benefits.
