Description
The HRBP will support Ionis’ Global Product Strategy & Operations (GPS&O) organization by partnering with functional leaders and managers to translate business priorities into people plans and recommendations. The role covers workforce planning, talent decisions, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and company culture and values across Commercial, Medical Affairs, New Product Planning, and Insights & Analytics.
