Universal Avionics is hiring an on-site Human Resources Business Partner in Duluth, Georgia. The role partners with business leaders and employees across the organization, covering recruiting, onboarding, performance coaching, employee relations, investigations, training, engagement, culture, HR fundamentals, workforce planning, succession, retention, and organizational change. The position requires at least five years of broad HR experience with depth in employee relations, recruiting, and coaching managers, along with strong communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and Microsoft 365 and HR-system skills.
