3Cloud is hiring a six-month contract Human Resources Manager to support the Global Delivery Center and US People Team, primarily serving employees and managers in the Philippines. The role covers strategic HR business partnering, employee experience, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, compensation and benefits strategy, employee engagement, organizational design, compliance, and HR analytics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, strong Philippine labor-law knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Office and HR-system proficiency. The employer does not sponsor work visas.
