BAS is hiring an HR Business Partner to advise managers on operational, tactical, and strategic people and organizational matters, support complex HR cases, identify development needs, contribute to leadership and onboarding projects, and safeguard HR policy and regulations. The role also coaches HR Advisors and focuses on advisory, development, and coordination rather than administrative HR tasks. It is a part-time position requiring approximately 4–6 years of HR advisory experience, a solid foundation in absenteeism, performance, and employment-law cases, and the ability to propose and implement improvements.
