Beacon Software is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to manage and oversee the HR function across Beacon and its acquired companies. The role partners with executives, develops people, organizational, and talent strategies, advises on leadership and change management, supports employee relations and people programs, and oversees workforce operations, data integrity, compliance controls, and HR systems. It requires 7–12+ years of progressive HR or People experience, including significant HRBP or People Operations experience and leadership of complex global teams, with a strong preference for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an HR-related field.
