Description
Carnival is hiring an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and a trusted advisor on talent strategy. The role coaches leaders on performance, feedback, conflict resolution, and change; supports succession planning, talent reviews, development, compensation planning, and organizational change; and serves as the primary contact for complex employee and HR matters. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field and at least five years of progressive strategic human resources business partner experience. It is an in-office role based in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, with employees working from a designated Carnival office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays.
