Forvia is hiring an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, align people strategies with business objectives, and support recruitment, workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, compliance, engagement, talent development, performance management, and HR reporting. The role requires a BA or BSc in HR, business administration, or a related field, at least four years of operative HR experience, local HR legislation knowledge, strong business-partner acumen, and fluency in the local language and English; SAP SuccessFactors experience and Spanish bilingualism are beneficial.
