FORVIA is hiring an HR Business Partner to support its R&D Center in Bavans, France, within an international matrix organization. The role partners with managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, leads recruitment and talent management for engineering and technical populations, supports performance, succession, learning, engagement, workforce planning, HR analytics, change management, and compliance with French labor law. A master's degree and at least five years of relevant HR Business Partner or generalist experience are required, along with French and English fluency and Microsoft Office proficiency.
