Description
Google is hiring an on-site HR Business Partner in the Netherlands to provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and senior counsel across people topics. The role partners with business leaders and site leads, advises on HR and talent programs, manages employee relations and work council consultations, leads HR transformations, and analyzes data to support organizational decisions. It reports to the Head of HR of Google Netherlands and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, six years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience, experience with the Gatekeeper act and work council consultations, and fluent English and Dutch communication skills.
