Description
Jenni Kayne is hiring an HR Business Partner to support its corporate office, distribution centers, and retail fleet across multiple states. The role partners with retail and business leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience; conducts workplace investigations; and owns the bi-weekly payroll process, payroll tax administration, ADP Workforce Now records, and related compliance activities. The position requires at least five years of progressive HR experience, hands-on payroll processing experience, and the ability to travel to retail locations as needed.
