Lambda is hiring an HR Business Partner to support high-performing engineering teams across its San Francisco and San Jose offices. The role partners with engineering leaders on culture, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational improvement, while also analyzing engagement and retention metrics. It requires at least five years of HR Business Partner experience, including three years working directly with engineering teams, along with strong emotional intelligence, coaching ability, strategic thinking, and inclusive leadership.
