Description
Modiform is hiring an HR Business Partner to advise managers, plant managers, and the MT on HR issues; manage absenteeism, performance issues, personnel files, recruitment, and onboarding; support leadership and team development; and contribute to organizational development and HR projects. The role is based in Leusden with regular contact at Renswoude, Scherpenzeel, and occasionally Roosendaal, with hybrid work requiring on-site presence most of the week. It offers a gross monthly salary of €4,200–€5,200, a fully paid pension plan, and 32–38 hours per week plus 12 ADV days.
