OneSchool Global UK is hiring an HR Business Partner for its People & Culture team. The role partners with Principals and campus leadership teams across Oswestry, Northampton, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, providing employee relations support, leadership coaching, organisational change assistance, engagement and wellbeing initiatives, stakeholder influencing, and process improvement. It is a hybrid role involving 2–3 days of campus travel, one day weekly at the Regional Support Office in Coventry, and remaining time remote.
