Organon is hiring one HR Business Partner to support the HR function for its Italy organization. The role advises managers and leads talent, diversity, change, performance, compensation, employee relations, and related HR initiatives, while collaborating across the HR network and supporting local talent acquisition activities. It requires a BA/BSC degree, HR Business Partner experience in Italy, project management skills, stakeholder relationship skills, and fluency in Italian and English. The position is regular, offers an annualized base salary range of €52,100 to €88,600, and does not include relocation or visa sponsorship.
