Pinewood.AI is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People Team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer and Engineering leadership to support the growth, development, and performance of the Technology organization. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, focusing on developing teams, improving employee experience, and making informed people decisions. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in fast-paced software businesses, understand engineering dynamics, and confidently coach leaders.
