The role covers recruiting, employer branding, talent and organizational development, performance reviews, employment law, HR process optimization, international HR projects, and functional and disciplinary leadership of local HR Assistants. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience, knowledge of employment and social security law, strong German and English skills, and strategic and international collaboration abilities.
