Description
The Trinks Group is hiring an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic sparring partner to the Head of HR, develop decision papers, lead selected HR projects, support operational HR, and contribute to HR digitalization, process optimization, and HR system development. The role requires several years of professional experience, preferably in a strategic HR role, along with strong analytical, communication, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills; knowledge of German employment law and experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or Workday are advantageous. The position offers up to two days of home office per week and compensation based on North Rhine-Westphalia market standards.
