Ubisoft is hiring an HR Business Partner to support global HR strategy and people solutions for assigned business groups and leaders. The role combines hands-on employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, organizational design, change management, and data-driven performance improvement. It is based in Ubisoft’s Paris office and requires French labor-law knowledge, English and French language skills, and experience in a business-partner HR capacity; international-company experience is preferred.
