KnowBe4 is hiring a global HR Business Partner serving as a functional lead for assigned business functions. The role owns global talent strategy, organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, compensation strategy, leadership coaching, and coordination between global functional needs and regional HR execution. It requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in a strategic global HRBP capacity, and proficiency with Workday and HR analytics. The role also supports US employee relations cases and collaborates with regional, COE, and functional leadership teams.
