The role combines HR Generalist responsibilities—employee administration, onboarding, policy support, HR data maintenance, compliance, and employee engagement—with full-cycle recruitment for technology roles in Romania. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, experience in HR generalist and recruitment functions, knowledge of Romanian labor law, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
