The role combines strategic talent planning, manager accountability, employee relations, labor standards, data-informed decision-making, change management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Candidates need 10–15 years of progressive human resources experience in media or technology, strong influence and negotiation skills, analytical and organizational development expertise, Japanese labor law knowledge, and fluency in English and Japanese.
