Model GmbH is hiring an HR-Business Partner Payroll to process wages and salaries, prepare personnel statistics and reports, support HR controlling, handle external correspondence with authorities and insurance funds, process employment and remuneration certificates, and support employees on compensation, social insurance, and tax matters. The role requires commercial training or a business degree, several years of payroll experience, knowledge of employment, social insurance, and wage tax law, MS Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and German language ability. It is a full-time position in Bad Bentheim or Berka/Werra with flexible working hours and mobile working by arrangement.
