HR Compliance Specialist at Indeed Flex

Indeed Flex is hiring a full-time Compliance Specialist to support federal, state, and local compliance for contingent workforce employment, including employee relations, investigations, background and drug screening, unemployment, employment verifications, and work authorization processes. The role serves as a subject matter expert, audits records, supports screening adjudication and I-9/E-Verify processes, responds to employee and candidate inquiries, and helps improve workflows and compliance systems. The position is onsite in Austin, Texas, five days per week, with an option to work from home on Thursdays, and pays $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
