Effectis is hiring an HR Consultant to work on projects for SMEs, scale-ups, and large enterprises, covering recruitment, payroll, talent development, performance management, organizational development, HR policy, strategic advice, and change initiatives. The role alternates between client sites, home, and the office, includes mentoring mid-level colleagues and freelancers, and requires at least seven years of broad HR experience, a bachelor's or master's degree, and strong communication skills. Compensation is €3,700–€4,800 gross per month, with additional benefits and a hybrid working arrangement.
