ATLAS is hiring an HR Controller to work alongside another HR Controller and support HR decision-making through reporting, key figures, personnel planning, forecasts, data quality, and job-position management. The role requires a degree in Human Resources, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable field, at least one to two years of independent HR-controlling experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to work with digital systems and sensitive data.
