The client is hiring an HR Controller in Herten for a full-time, direct-placement role starting immediately. The position develops HR controlling, KPIs, reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses; manages personnel cost planning and forecasts; supports executive and HR-business-partner decision-making; contributes to HR and corporate business planning; and drives HR reporting automation and people analytics. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least two years of HR controlling experience, analytical and numerical skills, MS Excel proficiency, and experience with HR systems such as P&I LOGA. The role offers mobile working, a permanent contract, vacation, structured onboarding, and compensation up to €73,000 per year.
