Description
The HR Coordinator supports new hires and team members at Misfits Market by managing onboarding, maintaining confidential personnel records, responding to HR inquiries, facilitating training, and escalating employee relations concerns. The role works with the HR Generalist and fulfillment center leaders, requires foundational workplace-law knowledge, and includes food safety and Good Distribution Practices responsibilities. It is an onsite Monday-Friday position paying $21-$26 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
