Description
The HR Coordinator supports HR operations across multiple Walong distribution centers and East Coast retail stores, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee status changes, employee relations, compliance, training, audits, and workforce planning. The role partners with warehouse and retail leadership, may travel periodically, and is based primarily in Jersey City, New Jersey. It is a full-time position with a stated starting pay of $25-$28 per hour and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
