The role covers employee lifecycle and onboarding, France payroll and benefits, HRIS and JML administration, regional recruitment support, French labor-law and CSE union relations, occupational health and safety compliance, HR inbox escalations, reporting, and strategic HR projects. Candidates need HR shared-services experience, international experience, CSE negotiation and minute-drafting experience, strong data and communication skills, and fluency in French and English. The position offers remote working and a salary of €32,000–€38,000 per year.
