Description
The Contingent Workforce Manager builds and manages a pool of qualified contingent workers, coordinates staffing levels and ramp-up and ramp-down activities, and optimizes labor costs. The role oversees assessments, onboarding, training, vendor management, compliance records, work-order processing, performance and misconduct investigations, PPE and uniform coordination, and worker grievance resolution. It also supports the conversion of high-performing contingent workers to full-time employees. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of recruiting or HR experience, especially in a high-volume role; Power BI, Smart app, and advanced Excel are preferred.
