Description
The People Analytics Specialist will build and maintain an HR analytics landscape for a growing network of veterinary practices and clinics. The role combines HR and recruiting data analysis, KPI definition, dashboard and reporting development, data integration and governance, and strategic recommendations for people management and the executive team. It requires at least two years of relevant experience, BI and data-analysis skills, strong HR-process knowledge, and fluent German and English.
