Cellebrite is hiring a new, hands-on HR AI and data role to own the AI roadmap and prioritization for HR, build AI agents, automations, and self-service data products, and maintain a single trusted HR data model across HiBob and Snowflake. The role also covers data governance, privacy and security, auditability, HR AI enablement, and collaboration with IT and business applications teams. Candidates need at least six years of experience in people analytics, HR technology, data analytics, business intelligence, or similar fields, along with hands-on AI and cloud data experience; fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
