Description
InvestCloud is hiring an HR Data & Analytics Manager to own HR data quality, reporting, dashboards, data models, integrations, and analytics across performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives. The role uses R or Python, Power BI, Pave, Power Automate, HRIS systems, and AI tools to automate reporting, build reliable data pipelines, support HRIS controls, and present insights to HR and executive leadership. The position offers a salary range of $155,000 to $175,000 and medical, dental, vision, disability, and life/AD&D insurance benefits.
