DHL Supply Chain is hiring an HR Data Engineer to transform HR data into a secure, reusable asset for global business decisions and operations. The role designs, builds, and supports data migration, integration, automation, reporting, and mass-load solutions using Python, SQL, RPA, Oracle HCM, and Power BI. Responsibilities include data conversion, migration, standards-compliant loading, RPA flow design, cleansing planning, and process-first structuring of HR master data. The position requires Python and SQL scripting, ETL and migration-tool, Oracle HCM, RPA, Power BI, data-governance, security, and independent design experience, with Agile and process-first thinking preferred. The base salary is $85,000-$152,000 USD, with health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
