Description
The Human Resources Development Specialist will support WMH Project’s HR development policy by leading recruitment activities, managing employer-branding initiatives, organizing training and skills-development programs, and contributing to HR projects, talent management, and continuous improvement. The role requires a Bac+5 Human Resources degree, 3 to 5 years of HR development experience, strong recruitment and training knowledge, familiarity with HRIS systems, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The position is based in Courbevoie, IDF, France.
