Intuitive is hiring a Digital Employee Experience Analyst for its HR Digital Employee Experience & Engagement team. The role creates, maintains, and optimizes employee-facing HR knowledge content; monitors conversational AI and digital self-service performance; analyzes feedback, search analytics, and AI metrics; and supports APAC regional content, localization, and digital experience initiatives. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, experience with employee experience platforms, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong content, communication, analytical, and collaboration skills. It is a hybrid role.
