Description
Muybridge is hiring a full-time HR Director to build and scale the people, culture, and organizational foundations of a fast-growing deep-tech company from approximately 30 to 100+ employees. Reporting to the CEO, the role owns talent strategy and recruitment, organizational design, performance and engagement, HR operations and compliance, benefits and systems, and interim office management. The position is hands-on and strategic, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to support rapid growth while establishing scalable HR processes and a people-first culture.
