The role combines HR controlling, KPI and reporting, personnel planning, budgeting, forecasting, HR-system administration, digitalization, automation, AI, process standardization, change management, and professional leadership of the HR Administration team. Candidates need a relevant degree, HR experience including analytics and personnel planning, HR-system and Microsoft 365 skills, team and project leadership experience, labor-law knowledge, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
