Delavan Holdings is hiring an HR Director to serve as a strategic partner to four business-unit COOs, own employee relations across more than 2,400 team members, build and lead an HR Generalist team, support acquisitions and integration, and drive HR efficiency across 60 locations. The role requires multi-unit HR experience, employee relations investigation expertise, executive presence, data literacy, regular travel, and alignment with the organization's values. Compensation includes executive-level compensation and medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
