HR Director - Mexico at NBCUniversal

NBCUniversal is hiring a Director, Human Resources to lead HR operations and strategy for its Mexico offices across Coyoacan, Reforma, and Remsen. The role serves as an HR business partner to senior leaders, supports employee processes, develops management teams, manages talent acquisition and retention, and oversees employee relations, compensation, employee experience, engagement, and organizational change. The Director will also manage a five-person HR staff and requires at least 10 years of professional HR generalist experience, Mexico HR knowledge, HR lifecycle and transformation experience, and bilingual English-Spanish communication.
