Ströer X GmbH is hiring an HR Expert (m/f/d) in Essen to administer employees across the full employee lifecycle, manage personnel data and time-management information, prepare monthly payroll, handle employment-law and HR-administrative inquiries, and drive HR process automation and standardization. The role requires commercial training or a human-resources-focused degree, several years of operational HR-administration experience, complex personnel-measures experience, knowledge of employment, social security, and wage-tax law, and strong MS Office and HR-system skills. The position is full-time under an unlimited employment contract with flexible working hours and employee benefits.
