Description
Axon is hiring an HR Generalist to own and execute employee lifecycle processes across Global R&D, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, data governance, HRIS reporting, and employee counseling. The role supports leaders and People Operations, advises on risk mitigation and HR best practices, and leads initiatives to integrate AI and automation into HR workflows. It requires at least five years of HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Program Management experience, along with Workday and process-automation experience. The position is hybrid, based in Seattle or Scottsdale, with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays.
