Bathhouse is hiring an HR Generalist to support multi-market expansion from NYC into Philadelphia and other locations. The role focuses on employee relations, policy execution, performance management, internal recruitment, compensation coordination, communications, job description updates, and training/development in partnership with site leadership and organizational development. The position requires 1-3 years of HR-related experience, knowledge of employment laws and HR policies, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with staffing, onboarding, and HRIS systems; it is a full-time role with flexible weekend availability, a salary of $90-100k, and benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and 401K.
