HR Generalist at Behavioral Intervention Therapy Services (BITS)

The HR Generalist will support the growing staff of BITS Collective’s behavioral therapy and preparatory academy programs by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, records, compliance, payroll and benefits support, and workplace culture. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, 2–4 years of HR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems; healthcare, education, nonprofit, or childcare experience is preferred. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour, with paid time off, holidays, professional development, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
