BKF Engineers is hiring an HR Generalist to independently manage a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, HR reporting, documentation, and process improvement. The role is based in the Pleasanton office with a hybrid schedule available after onboarding and training, requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, and prefers a bachelor’s degree and AEC, consulting, or professional-services experience.
