Description
The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support to leaders and staff across assigned CDS Life Transitions business affiliates and sites. The role covers employee relations, engagement, compliance, recruiting, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, labor and employment law compliance, EEO reporting, job classification, and HR information-system reporting. A bachelor's degree is required, while two or more years of HR experience focused on employee relations and relevant HR credentials are preferred.
