The role covers employment contracts, personnel administration, workforce management in Gfos, payroll accounting, applicant management, training support, and workplace health and safety. Candidates need HR specialist or commercial training, a degree in personnel management or business administration, several years of all-around HR experience, knowledge of German employment law, HR software experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent German language skills.
